TERMS OF SERVICE

I. Pre-Commissioning

1. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am not comfortable with the request.
2. For full-color(shading+highlights) commissions, the client can pay in full OR 50 percent before the ROUGH sketch and 50 after approval of the rough sketch via PayPal invoice.
3. For sketches, lineart, and flat color commissions, the client is required to pay in full before I begin work on the commission via PayPal invoice.
4. If I cannot post the final commission to any of my social media or add it to my portfolio the client must pay a 25% privacy fee.
5. Payments are done only in USD
6. If a client is waitlisted, they must pay only after they enter the working list.
7. Any amount sent to me directly without an invoice will be taken as a tip.
8. Completion time is usually 1 week to 1 month after approval of the rough sketch but may change depending on the complexity of the commission or personal circumstances.
9. The client must send any and all information they would like to see in the commission. References of poses and characters are very much appreciated. Do not request me to draw something in XXX artist's style.
10. Please mention any deadlines before commissioning me. I will not take commissions that have a deadline of 5 days (except sketches)
11. Communication will be done only via text through e-mail or discord. I will never provide any means of video or voice communication.

II. After Payment and During the Commission Process

1. No refunds will be given once I reach the lineart stage of commission. The client will be notified when I reach the lineart stage through any of the provided means of contact provided in the commission form
2. All communication between myself and the client will be done over email or discord.
3. The client is allowed unlimited free revisions during the sketch phase and 3 free revisions during the flat color phase. No revisions will be allowed during the shading/highlighting phase unless they are very minor and not very complex. I will under no circumstances allow very extreme revisions(changing entire poses/characters, etc.)
4. If the client wishes to cancel a commission, the refunded amount will depend on how much of the work I have completed. The client will also receive all the work done until the refund.
5. The client cannot force a chargeback under any circumstances once the commission has been agreed upon.
6. The client cannot change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon.
7 If the client behaves rudely or inappropriately and does not respond to warnings of this behavior, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and not issue a refund.
8. If personal circumstances such as illness, loss of technology, power outages, etc. prevent me from completing a commission on time, I will inform all of my clients immediately.

III. After the Commission

1. The completed commission will be sent to the client via email or a file sharing service (ex: google drive) incase of a large file in a high-resolution PNG format. There will be two versions sent - One with a watermark near the face or any other highly detailed area for sharing publicly and another with the watermark in one of the corners.
2. I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes making prints outside of personal use.
3. I reserve the right to share/post any commissions done to my social media and add them to my portfolio (including WIP's and high-resolution) unless agreed on not doing so.
4. The client cannot under any circumstances omit my signature from the final commission.
5. If a client wants to edit an already completed commission made by me, the client must consult me and not any other artist. The client cannot edit or alter a completed commission done by me themselves.
6. The client must not resell any of the commission in whatever phase it is in under any circumstances.
7. The client may repost the finished commission provided that proper credit is given.

By commissioning me, you agree upon all of the above terms. Failing to abide by any of these terms, I will publicly blacklist you from commissioning me ever again and warn other artists as well.NOT READING MY TERMS OF SERVICE IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR BEING EXEMPT FROM THEM.
